CrossFit is a fitness program designed to help blast through those fitness & weight loss plateaus we’ve all come to know and hate. We use functional movements from

body-weight exercises, weight lifting, cardio, core, and mobility. Most days will be full body workouts aiming for a higher intensity.

What you can expect:

– A fun warm up
– Thorough instruction on the exercises that will be performed in the workout

– The workout
– Cool down/stretching

Classes will run up to 60 minutes. They will be led by qualified coaches who will guide & motivate you throughout the class. They will also scale/modify workouts for members to give them the appropriate stimulus. These classes are for EVERYONE!
