The Foundations package includes your first month of classes (12)

Our Foundations program is recommended for new members. It will consist of six 40 minute personal sessions with one of our coaches and your first month of

classes. The goal of the one-on-one sessions is to teach proper technique, ease

your body into working out, and to build up confidence in your abilities before joining classes

What you can expect:

– A brief warm up
– Thorough instruction on form & technique

– Practicing the movements
– A workout
– Cool down/stretching

After your 6 sessions you will feel confident & prepared to jump into regular classes!

*Foundations Classes are meant to be completed within 1 month. If this is an issue let us know!*

We can promise that any individual who gives us a shot, goes 100% each day, and follows the guidance of our coaches, will achieve their desired results.
