STEP 1

NEW TO GROUP FITNESS?

If you haven't been to the gym in a while, or tried CrossFit/group classes, let's set you up with a Meet & Greet. You will meet the coaches, see the gym, and we can answer any questions you may have. Plus we can talk about your goals and make sure OSA Fitness is the right fit for you.

ACTIVE GYM GO-ER?

If you have tried CrossFit or group classes before and currently go to a gym, sign up below to get started. Book either a Meet & Greet or your FREE Trial Class. When we first meet we can learn more about you and what your goals are. Then we can make sure OSA Fitness is the right fit for you.

STEP 2

SELECT YOUR MEMBERSHIP

After your FREE Trial or Meet & Greet we can talk about all of our membership options and find the right one  for you. Generally it looks like this:
 

FOUNDATIONS > 12x/month or additional PERSONAL TRAINING > Unlimited

*Memberships range from class to class to a class pack to monthly & contract (12/month, Unlimited, Family) all depending on how often you come & how long you commit for*
