LIFT classes will be 45 minutes dedicated to weight lifting only. They will include Squats, Bench Press, Deadlifts, Snatches, Cleans, etc… as well as body building & core strengthening exercises. The goal is to improve technique and increase strength & power. There won’t be any high intensity cardio during these classes.
What you can expect:
– A thorough warm up
– Review of the lifts being performed that day
– LOTS OF LIFTING!
– 5-10 minute cool down
Classes will run up to 60 minutes. They will be led by qualified coaches who will guide & motivate you throughout the class. They will also scale/modify workouts for members to give them the appropriate stimulus. These classes are for EVERYONE!
