My entire life has revolved around sports & fitness. Throughout high school I played baseball, basketball & football. My junior year I began weightlifting and taking my fitness more serious. I played collegiate level Rugby for 3 years before finding CrossFit. Since finding CrossFit and starting my career as a coach/competitor/gym owner, I have dedicated my life to becoming the best coach, mentor & role model possible for everyone who walks in to OSA.

NEIL LAURI

HEAD COACH | COMPETITOR

I was always an active kid growing up. I participated in many high school sports - football being my favorite. After high school, fitness became more then just going to the gym and lifting weights... it became a passion. At first I focused on powerlifting with the goal of becoming an absolute beast. In 2013 I found myself bored with my work outs & decided to try my first CrossFit class. It was a humbling experience that changed my life. I figured being "big and strong" would be an advantage. 10 minutes later I was on my back thinking, "Man that was awesome, I'm going to be so sore." I was hooked,  and have never turned back. I used trial and error in fitness & nutrition to lose 60lbs, all while maintaining my strength. I am fitter then I thought possible. Everything I've learned I pass down to the members to help them achieve their healthiest & fittest self.

MICHELLE RYAN

COACH | COMPETITOR

Health & Fitness have always been important to me. Throughout my childhood I was very competitive in Gymnastics, Softball & Basketball. After high school I started going to the gym to stay in shape. I needed more though, I really wanted to get myself SUPER fit. I heard about a local gym, OSA Fitness, and decided to try it. One class was all it took to be hooked. Six months later I did my first competition, and have since competed in dozens. I found my true passion in coaching 4 years ago and am constantly reading, learning, and expanding my knowledge & skill set. I love helping people and our members here are amazing. There's nothing better then seeing the excitement on someone's face when they achieve a goal!

MEGHAN MERLINO

COACH | COMPETITOR

I was athletic my whole life and was a part of many sports teams including lacrosse, where I was offered some scholarships. I declined them and found CrossFit, which I now consider my one true love. I was passionate about it from the start but never thought about being competitive until later on. About a year ago that realization came to me, and I discovered OSA Fitness and I can honestly say it’s the biggest improvement I’ve ever made within the 6 years of being a CrossFit athlete. Along with competing, coaching has become a passion as well. Every single day I get to help people take control of their health, build confidence in their abilities and also share some laughs. As soon as I began 2 years ago I knew I would never again be one of those people who hates their job. Instead, I strive for people to find enjoyment in the thing I love most.

KALYN MCCABE

COACH | COMPETITOR

My fitness/CrossFit journey started back in 2014 as college was coming to an end. With my focus on graduating top of my class, I put off working out and began struggling with weight gain. Health & wellness had always been important to me and I knew I needed to make a change. That's when I found CrossFit. Over the years I have become stronger & more confident then I ever imagined I could. I have also come to realize fitness should be more about what our bodies can do then just what they look like. I now know proper body mechanics, and how to use my body. This keeps me safe at work as an ER Registered Nurse. Although I started at another gym, OSA Fitness has become my second home. I want to show our community that what we offer is for anyone and everyone!

"No matter what, anyone is capable of moving, and here at OSA Fitness we will help you move better!”
