SWEAT Classes will be a 45 minute cardio blast. They will switch between both High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) & Endurance workouts. You will sweat, breath heavy, and burn fat. We use body-weight & core exercises, running, jump roping, and the use of rowers, bikes, dumbbells & kettlebells.

What you can expect:

– A fun warm up
– Review of the exercises being done that day

– The workout... lots of SWEATING!
– Cool down/stretching

Classes will have everything you need to tone & build lean muscle. They will be led by qualified coaches who will guide & motivate you throughout the class. These classes are FUN and for EVERYONE! Both men and women will benefit from this class! Similar to our CrossFit classes, these sessions will incorporate functional movements that will both increase your fitness AND your health without the use of barbells.

We can promise that any individual who gives us a shot, goes 100% each day, and follows the guidance of our coaches, will achieve their desired results.
